1 each red, green, yellow pepper (diced)

2 bunches of green onions (sliced thin)

½ bunch of cilantro

2 cans white corn (well-drained)

2 cans of black beans (well-drained and rinsed)

½ bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing

1 package of Ortega Taco Seasoning (I use hot & spicy)

Mix dressing and taco seasoning then pour over vegetables. Stir to coat (can add more dressing if too dry).
