2 packages ground turkey (16-20 ounces each)

3 lbs. bagged coleslaw

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Ginger (fresh or dried powder) to taste

1 jar Hoisin Sauce

1 jar plum sauce

Tortilla shells

In a large Pot, brown/cook turkey with onion, garlic, and ginger. Drain meat. Add the coleslaw slowly, stirring frequently (may need 1-2 tablespoons water). Continue adding until all coleslaw is incorporated then add jar of Hoisin Sauce. Continue to mix until the slaw is cooked down. Serve with warmed tortillas and plum sauce as desired.
